• Occupational Health and Safety Capacity Development Program
• Recognizing the importance of qualified personnel in risk management, we launched an intensive program to develop employee capabilities in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management:
  Target Group: The program initially targeted more than 1,800 employees and engineers across all company regions.
  Objective: To equip participants with the knowledge and skills required to effectively apply the latest occupational health and safety standards.
  Approach: Practical and hands-on workshops are held to explain and apply new procedures and regulations, ensuring that they are easily understood and directly implemented in the workplace.
• Awareness Campaigns to Promote a Safety Culture
• To reinforce safe practices on a wide scale, we implement periodic company-wide safety culture support campaigns that aim to:
  Workplace Risk Awareness: Conduct specialized awareness programs to highlight potential hazards across various operational activities and how to avoid them.
  Enhancing Emergency Preparedness: Train employees on emergency procedures and regularly conduct simulation drills to ensure full readiness for any emergency situation.
  Employee Participation: Ensure that risk assessment (Risk Assessment) results are discussed with workers to help them understand work-related hazards and apply preventive measures.
• Continuous Training and Development
• We ensure that our training programs are practical, up-to-date, and aligned with the latest developments in the field:
  Incident Investigation: Training work teams on mechanisms for incident investigation and root cause analysis to identify and implement preventive actions that avoid future occurrences.
  Environmental Compliance: Providing workshops on resource and hazardous waste management, and preparing and submitting environmental records to ensure full compliance with environmental laws and licensing requirements.
